Description

• Lead finance and accounting functions of the company, including ownership of financial reporting and analysis, tax filings, budgeting/forecasting, and audit management • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations • Develop monthly financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards to drive decision-making and shape strategic initiatives • Own monthly close process and preparation of monthly management financials with support from our outsourced accounting team • Manage key relationships with external auditors and other vendors

Requirements

• 2-5 years past experience in similar roles, CPA preferred. • Past experience working at a venture-backed and/or technology business is a plus • Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial systems within the software industry • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines • Open-mindedness and curiosity; a ‘can do’ attitude
