• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for one to three executives. • Proactively handle scheduling conflicts and suggest alternative meeting times. • Prepare meeting setups, materials, and participant coordination to ensure effective meetings. • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items. • Foster team culture within Field Operations, aligning with broader Highspot values. • Build strong relationships across departments and proactively support executive effectiveness. • Identify and address process inefficiencies, collaborating with leadership on solutions. • Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. • Maintain relationships with other Executive Assistants company-wide. • Assist with project and program needs across Executive teams and Field Operations.

Requirements
