Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required, CPA preferred • 2+ years of accounting experience, public accounting experience preferred but not required • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with a strong attention to detail • System experience with Netsuite preferred but not required • In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Desire to continue professional growth within the organization • Strategic thinker with the ability and willingness to execute and build from the ground up, with a “no task too small” mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
