📋 Description

• Directs overall program and individual project leads. • Interfacing with multiple customers and developing and managing plans across subcontractors. • Responsible for the profit and loss (P and L) of a complex program(s). • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities. • Develops new business or expands services with the customer. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. • Experience in project management of defense contracts. • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives. • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. • Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management. • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Must have active SECRET clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
