• Hims & Hers Health is a leading health and wellness platform on a mission to enhance health through innovation. • Seeking a Design Director to create cohesive product experiences across digital platforms. • Role includes systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on strategic execution.
Requirements
• 10 plus years of proven track record in UX, Information Architecture, or related roles, particularly in environments requiring a mix of high-level strategy and execution. • Experience working with complex, multi-layered digital products, ideally in industries like healthcare, e-commerce, or other fast-paced sectors. • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. • Experience with information modeling, wireframing, and prototyping tools. • Ability to influence, mentor and manage a team of product designers • [Bonus] Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies, along with a data-driven mindset.
