📋 Description
• Hims & Hers is looking to recruit a Manager to join our Marketing Finance organization • You will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Finance and be fully remote based • You will own and be responsible for the day-to-day core marketing budget planning • Manage the entire bottoms up marketing budget across all acquisition channels • Establish analysis and frameworks that enable agile decision making • Partner with Analytics and Data Science for consistent reporting • Think critically about marketing allocation • Support monthly and quarterly close, forecast, reporting models, and planning models • Deliver performance insights on key financial metrics • Develop controls to mitigate risk and build out processes to drive efficiencies • Manage, mentor, and develop analysts
🎯 Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent modeling and analytical skills • Highly motivated, curious, agile, collaborative, and growth mindset oriented • Vigorous attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Well developed proficiency with planning and budgeting tools • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and KPIs a must • Experience with Business intelligence software and data analytics tools (e.g. Looker), NetSuite Planning and Budgeting a plus • Investment banking, early stage growth or eCommerce experience a plus • 8+ years of experience
