• Hims & Hers is on a mission to empower people to live healthier lives. • Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions across both front-end and back-end systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and influence platform direction. • Engage in product discovery to identify user needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years as a software engineer, shipping production code. • Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, NextJS, GraphQL) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis, Kotlin). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in order to meet goals without management oversight.
