Description

• Collaborate with US and Asian teams on web design and front-end development. • Assist with all aspects of web projects, from onboarding to launch. • Complete web requests and updates as directed by partners. • Perform quality assurance on websites in development. • Submit detailed revision requests to the Asian team. • Create comprehensive dev handoff spreadsheets for the Asian team. • Develop and design landing pages using CRM page builders. • Set up and configure website forms within CRM software. • Update ClickUp project management software with project changes. • Assist the Creative Support Specialist and Partner Success team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior-level web designer and front-end developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web projects. • Experience working with both domestic and international teams is preferred. • Proficiency in web design tools and platforms including Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and Beaver Builder. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with CRM page builders and form setup. • Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp. • Deep knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and current design trends. • Ability to review and ensure that development work matches design specifications accurately. • Skilled in creating and implementing landing pages and digital assets for web and print. • Experience managing web projects from onboarding through to launch, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. • Ability to create detailed project documentation, including dev handoff spreadsheets and design briefs. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to third-party teams and partners. • Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. • High level of attention to detail in both design and development tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. • Strong understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to providing exceptional service to partners. • Ability to handle partner requests and updates with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance their satisfaction.
