• Manage and maintain the client's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Remain highly available and responsive during the day to quickly address any requests or issues that arise • Oversee the client's emails by labelling and sorting, prioritizing tasks, and drafting responses • Assist with personal tasks and errands to help streamline the client's day • Help your client find moments of joy in their day with surprises or unprompted help
• Are able to work graveyard PH shifts (Daytime Eastern or Pacific timezones in North America) • Have at least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant • Own a working and reliable computer and internet connection • Speak and write English at an excellent level • Can be assertive, are reliable, and have a strong work ethic • Excel at anticipating client needs • Embody proactivity and bring value to their work
