📋 Description
• The ideal candidate loves helping people and proactively solving problems. • We have an awesome product loved by thousands of businesses, and we need your help to resolve software inquiries from our small business owners. • We are a small and dynamic team (20 people currently), and you will be joining a team of 6 reps, and answer directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead. • This is a remote position. • The schedule for this role is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, TH-M. • Responsibilities include: communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, provide knowledgeable answers, become an expert in our gym management software, and collaborate with our engineering team on software issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • At least 1 - 3 years experience in a customer facing role • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work • Ability to quickly learn complex software products • Comfort working remote • Familiarity with collaboration (Slack) & ticketing software (CRM, such as Hubspot)
