β€’ The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, client onboarding, vendor management, and internal administrative processes to ensure smooth business operations. β€’ This role reports directly to the Co-Founders, who also serve as the CEO and COO, and collaborates with the entire team to create efficiencies and drive effective outcomes. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and managing client relationships while thriving in a fast-paced team environment with multiple consumer brands. β€’ You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. β€’ You should be ready to take initiative, keep all projects organized, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with coworkers and clients. β€’ Responsibilities include overseeing lead management, client onboarding, financial operations, and developing client relationship programs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience in operations management, administrative leadership, or sales support, preferably in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field OR equivalent experience. β€’ Strong understanding of the following tools: project management (Asana, Notion), collaboration (Slack), and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). β€’ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. β€’ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. β€’ Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with Docsend, Gusto, and QuickBooks is a plus. β€’ Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). β€’ Nice to have: Experience with task management systems, bookkeeping, and project management.
