Description

β€’ As an SDR for a SaaS company specializing in construction management software, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. β€’ Identify, engage, and qualify leads, setting the stage for successful partnerships that drive growth and market presence. β€’ Work from home permanently during U.S. business hours, specifically Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time. β€’ Engage in active outbound prospecting to generate new leads through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). β€’ Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with our solutions. β€’ Work closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads and execute strategies to increase conversion rates. β€’ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot). β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs.

Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or B2B sales β€’ Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus. β€’ Strong english communication skills via phone and email β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms β€’ A growth mindset, self-motivation, and resilience when navigating challenges.
