β€’ We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative. β€’ Responsible for researching prospects, engaging with contractors through outbound emails and calls. β€’ The ideal candidate has cold calling experience, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for data enrichment and account qualification. β€’ Conduct research to identify and qualify potential contractor prospects. β€’ Perform outbound outreach via email and phone to engage with contractors. β€’ Utilize sales tools including HubSpot, Apollo, and dialer platforms to enhance outreach efforts. β€’ Leverage Gong for call reviews and deal dashboards to improve engagement strategies. β€’ Assess and qualify leads based on available data. β€’ Customize and optimize email sequences for more effective outreach. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data through enrichment and cleansing.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales. β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to assess prospect viability. β€’ Excellent reading, speaking, and writing skills in English. β€’ Ability to qualify accounts and determine decision-makers in complex industries. β€’ Experience in data enrichment and cleansing to improve prospect information. β€’ Knowledge of the construction industry. β€’ Understanding of project cost structures and assumptions.
