β’ As an SDR for a SaaS company specializing in construction management software, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. β’ Identify, engage, and qualify leads, setting the stage for successful partnerships that drive growth and market presence. β’ Work from home permanently during U.S. business hours, specifically Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time. β’ Engage in active outbound prospecting to generate new leads through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). β’ Conduct discovery calls to understand prospectsβ needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with our solutions. β’ Work closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads and execute strategies to increase conversion rates. β’ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot). β’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs.
β’ 1β3 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or B2B sales β’ Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus. β’ Strong english communication skills via phone and email β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly. β’ Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms β’ A growth mindset, self-motivation, and resilience when navigating challenges.
