📋 Description
• We are seeking 10 highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelancer-Search Consultants (FSC) worldwide to collaborate with our dynamic U.S. recruitment team • The FSC will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles • The ideal candidate will deliver a minimum of 20 resumes per week, with at least 10 qualified candidates scoring 7 or 8 out of 10 for immediate resume submission (RSO)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Search Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks, experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details) are highly preferred
