β€’ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Technology Operations team. β€’ This role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products, overseeing customer support, and managing the installation process for low-voltage projects. β€’ The Project Coordinator will also handle financial transactions related to customer deposits and payments, follow up on past-due invoices, and assist with proposal preparation, contract execution, and system setup. β€’ Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products. β€’ Communicate with customers to confirm service schedules and ensure timely installations. β€’ Track and update project timelines to maintain efficient operations. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile surveillance and low-voltage installations. β€’ Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate technical problems as needed. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. β€’ Schedule and oversee the installation of low-voltage projects, ensuring all necessary resources are available. β€’ Issue and collect customer deposits and payments in accordance with company policies. β€’ Track and follow up on past-due invoices, coordinating with the finance team as necessary. β€’ Assist in the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation for new projects. β€’ Facilitate contract execution and ensure proper setup within internal systems. β€’ Maintain organized records of agreements, payments, and project details. β€’ This is a 100% Remote Job. β€’ Full time. β€’ Night shift.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, preferably in security technology, low-voltage installations, or a related industry. β€’ Familiarity with mobile surveillance products and low-voltage installations is a plus. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer support. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. β€’ Experience handling invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts. β€’ Strong accuracy in tracking project progress, financial transactions, and documentation. β€’ Experience using scheduling, CRM, and project management software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
