• Responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for clients • Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process • Assist with the setup and configuration of products/services • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process • Track and report on the progress of client onboarding • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements

Requirements

• Prior experience in client onboarding or customer support • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
