Must be Proficient in English Written and Verbal Skills. • Only Resumes Written in English will be Accepted. • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. • As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional employees. • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks • Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers • Conduct reference checks and background screenings • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs
• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role • Experience working with candidates in the Healthcare Industry • Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process • Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
