Requirements

• 2+ years of Data Science work experience • Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) - Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc. • Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning • Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus • Familiarity with recommender systems preferred • Proficiency with novel NLP techniques (embedding models) • Must program in a scripting language such as Python. • Familiarity with machine learning Python libraries like numpy, scikit, and pandas is required. • Able to collaborate with the HireVue Industrial-Organizational Psychology team to perform novel research to remain pioneers in hiring technology • Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
