Description

• Leading technical initiatives from inception to user delivery • Drive continuous improvement, evaluate return on investment • Hands-on development and technical lead role • Architecting solutions, writing quality code, leading engineers by example • Solve technical challenges, enhance user experience • Domain and product area ownership, enhancing user communications • Ensure quality software delivery by identifying and addressing challenges

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science (or related field), equivalent trade school degree, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years in a software engineering role, 12+ years preferred • Highly proficient with languages and technologies listed below • Experience with dialogue systems, machine learning systems, multi-agent LLM architectures, and AI natural language processing (NLP) • Familiarity with AWS foundational services • Experience working effectively in a global virtual environment • Ability to design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud architectures • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker.) • Understanding of security best practices
