• Lead the design and visual development of the marketing website. • Apply new brand guidelines to all marketing materials to ensure a consistent PeopleForce visual identity. • Lead the design and creation of marketing materials, such as digital ads, landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, and sales enablement materials. • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in A/B testing of design elements, optimizing visuals based on performance data to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar design role, ideally with previous experience in a SaaS product company. • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience in web design and digital marketing assets. • Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design best practices. • Proven experience in applying and adapting brand guidelines across a variety of digital and print formats. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality, consistent visuals across channels. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
