Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel Demand Gen campaigns. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales. Content Distribution: Partner with Content to understand content pillars and align on content strategy. Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing: Design and manage lead nurturing flows leveraging email marketing. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. Proven expertise in either Demand Generation or ABM. Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization. Generalist marketing skills are highly valued, especially experience in content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising. Hands-on experience with content distribution strategies. Experience with HubSpot; Salesforce familiarity is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making and reporting. Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnership teams. Creative, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
