â˘Research, contact and qualify leads for the Sales Team (inbound and outbound) that creates a robust pipeline. â˘Use email, phone and social media, contact prospects to articulate HiveMQs value and set up compelling discovery meetings with the prospect. â˘Create and evolve effective email and social media strategies for outreach to prospects â˘Work closely with the Sales Team on support and execution on their strategies â˘Build rapport with prospects â˘Maintain a solid understanding of our software solutions, competitors and industry trends â˘Create strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders â˘Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous multi-channel outbound efforts â˘Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team â˘Track all activities in Salesforce
â˘1-2 years of SDR (or similar) experience is a plus â˘The ability to work CST/EST hours â˘Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn and/or similar tools is a plus â˘Demonstrated consistent, high performance in previous roles â˘Strong understanding of how to conduct outbound prospecting â˘The desire to learn, to be coached and to grow professionally and personally â˘Belief that change is essential to progress â˘Insatiable sense of curiosity â˘The ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and excel at problem solving â˘The grit and determination for cold calling (ability to handle rejection, learn from it and keep moving forward)
