📋 Description
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. • Design and develop high-performance digital services (APIs, automatizations, ...) with a focus on maintainability and scalability. • Help your colleagues with the evolution and deployment of high availability platforms in the cloud. • Define and implement robust and scalable microservices architectures. • Develop and maintain core business logic and data models. • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring code quality and efficiency. • Incident investigation and resolution. • Development of tools for the automation of tasks. • Documentation and improvement of procedures. • Interlocution and direct contact with the stakeholders and business analysts. • Technical and planning monitoring of projects/initiatives. • Guide and support your colleagues in their professional development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams working closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers. • Implement unit and functional tests. • Promote and enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with the architecture team to define and evolve system architecture. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Initiative and problem solving skills. • Teamwork and empathy towards colleagues and stakeholders. • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum). • Solid base in the following areas or technologies: • 5+ years working as a developer, with demonstrated expertise in Python + Django. • Nice to have: Django Api Rest. • Deep knowledge and experience developing microservices architectures, supported by the repository-service pattern to isolate dependencies on third-party libraries and connections from business logic. • Knowledge and application of design patterns. • Experience in testing with pytest. • Experience managing N+1 Queries Problem (must). • Experience using Django on an asynchronous model. • Experience with siLK. • Proven expertise in reference web architectures. • Proven experience in third-party application integration. • Ability to work with legacy code. • Basic knowledge of cloud providers and their main services. • Highly valuable to have certifications related to these skills.
