📋 Description
• PrimeXBT is a Top10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. • We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team on our Onboarding direction. • The position does not involve aggressive cold sales, but rather helping new clients navigate the platform and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience. • This role is focused on guiding new users from the registration process to their first successful deposit. • The main responsibility will be: • Establishing effective communication with clients • Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing • Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit • Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications).
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto. • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset. • Proficiency in both English and Urdu. • Strong motivation to work in the financial industry with a high-demand product.
