Description

• We at Holycode are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Backend Engineer. • To work full-time on the Swiss table reservation system Foratable. • Foratable is a revolutionary reservation system that enhances guest experiences. • Join an international team of software engineers to create the next-generation platform. • Implement new features and enhance the product. • This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact platform and product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering. • Good knowledge about data structures, algorithms and data types. • Experience with service oriented architectures (SOA) and event sourcing. • Experience with Java (Spring). • Experience in modern PHP (8.3) and Symfony is a plus. • Experience with AWS is a plus. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub actions) is a plus. • Knowledge of functional programming paradigm; experience with a language like Haskell, Scala or Rust is a plus. • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
