Description

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance Python-based platforms • Codebase Structuring: Build and structure codebases from scratch (0 to 1), make decisions on framework, library selections • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of the application using best practices in Python development • Collaboration: Work closely with Research team to understand Training and Inference requirements • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform.

Requirements

• Strong Python development experience, with 0 to 1 experience • Strong familiarity with Python web frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, Django) • Strong familiarity with Python best practices (e.g. clean code, type checking with Pydantic etc) • Strong familiarity with AI-assisted coding (e.g. Cursor, Continue.dev, etc) • [Plus] Familiarity with LLM Training and Inference • [Plus] Familiarity with AI libraries (e.g. Huggingface Transformers, PyTorch)
