Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally in Account Management or Business Development • A results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities • Comfort in presenting strategic recommendations, even in the face of resistance • The confidence to handle objections and develop best practices • A proven track record of growing and retaining client relationships • A sense of accountability for both wins and losses, along with a natural aptitude for solving problems • The ability to provide and receive objective feedback, both internally and externally
