Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive software innovation. • Design and execute A/B tests and other methodologies to optimize platform performance. • Collaborate with data science teams for machine learning model development. • Develop robust MLOps processes for model deployment and monitoring. • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the NextGen platform 2.0.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Mastery of an object oriented programming language (preferably Java). • 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferred. • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS or Azure. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team of engineers. • Ability to translate high level strategy to tactical execution. • Experience writing SQL queries against a relational database. • Experience working with Online Retail and/or Retail Media Networks.
