Requirements

β€’ Must be eighteen years of age or older. β€’ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. β€’ Advance Microsoft Excel β€’ NICE Workforce management software experience β€’ Forecasting and scheduling in a large call center, and across multiple centers. β€’ 1 yr. Previous Workforce experience β€’ Minimum leadership experience: None β€’ Preferred leadership experience: None β€’ Certifications: None
