Description

• Looking for a local brand marketing guru to join our growing team. • Opportunity to have a real impact and help Homefront Brands scale. • Approve and help coordinate marketing events. • Assist in building business partnerships. • Coach teams on successful customer acquisition strategies. • Promote and connect Franchisee locations to communities. • Manage marketing needs for Homefront Brands franchisees. • Develop and implement marketing strategies for growth on a hyper local level. • Ensure effective execution of impactful marketing strategies by brand specialists. • Establish relationships with franchisees, communicate marketing goals, gather target market research, act as brand ambassador. • Organize and engage in community events.

Requirements

• Franchise marketing experience required. • 5+ years local/field marketing experience. • Preferably 2 years in a multi-brand/multi-site environment. • Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. • Strong time and people management skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, Canva, and Hootsuite a plus.
