β€’ Looking for a local brand marketing guru to join our growing team. β€’ Opportunity to have a real impact and help Homefront Brands scale. β€’ Approve and help coordinate marketing events. β€’ Assist in building business partnerships. β€’ Coach teams on successful customer acquisition strategies. β€’ Promote and connect Franchisee locations to communities. β€’ Manage marketing needs for Homefront Brands franchisees. β€’ Develop and implement marketing strategies for growth on a hyper local level. β€’ Ensure effective execution of impactful marketing strategies by brand specialists. β€’ Establish relationships with franchisees, communicate marketing goals, gather target market research, act as brand ambassador. β€’ Organize and engage in community events.

Requirements

β€’ Franchise marketing experience required. β€’ 5+ years local/field marketing experience. β€’ Preferably 2 years in a multi-brand/multi-site environment. β€’ Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communications skills. β€’ Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment. β€’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong time and people management skills. β€’ Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, Canva, and Hootsuite a plus.
