🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of work experience in a role that requires regular business analytics, with a preference for work in tech, software, or finance, ideally in a growth-stage company. • Experience creating reporting and analytics within BI Tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Looker, or a related BI Tool. • Proficiency with SQL; experience with Snowflake, DBT, and R or Python a plus. • Strong business acumen, ability to understand cross-functional trends, and how those trends impact company KPIs; prior experience in an operational role is a plus. • Fast learner with high attention to detail and a passion for data, data quality & business analytics. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; adept at using data to tell a story. • Strong work ethic, bias toward action, and customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or Economics preferred but can be substituted with relevant work experience.
