📋 Description
• responsible for product opportunity analysis • subject matter expert on Hometap's financial products • instrumental in the design of new financial products • conduct research and development to test hypotheses • contribute to pricing, structuring and feature decisions • develop and maintain processes to track market trends • influence financial product roadmap development • support functional launch plans for products • develop insights influencing product success • support creation of investor GTM narrative • accountable for product competitiveness • lead by example and embody Hometap’s values
🎯 Requirements
• at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, financial product development, investing or similar roles within the financial services • Outstanding modeling, analytical and critical thinking skills • Solid understanding of capital markets and residential real estate financing • Strong business acumen • Able to define success and operate within the “80/20” • Track record of delivering business results through analysis • Empathy and curiosity for investor and homeowner perspectives • Strong collaborator; clear and effective communicator • Creative, flexible and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving • Developed prioritization skills and ability to balance both short-term and long-term objectives • Detailed and organized in execution • Positive relationship building capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally • Strong bias for action
