• Homethrive was born from personal experience. • Our mission is to revolutionize family caregiving by delivering superior outcomes for caregivers, their loved ones, and health plans alike. • At the heart of our service is the Homethrive personal caregiving coach and assistant — an all-in-one interactive tool that offers the expertise, recommendations, and support our members deserve. • We are looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging brand applications that ultimately improve the lives of caregivers and their families. • This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who's looking to help drive the direction of Homethrive’s brand and build out the design system.

You determine a path forward and measure your success by your impact on humans. • 2-4 years experience in a Brand/Graphic/Communication design role, with experience working within a design system and applying a company’s brand and design across a suite of surfaces. • A strong visual aesthetic, with a deep understanding of color, composition, and typography. • Expertise in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana. • Strong experience working across print mediums, in addition to digital. • Willingness to take initiative, run with projects, and speak up when support or guidance is needed. • Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; can be productive under limited direction and sometimes ambiguous challenges. • Self-motivated and successful in fast-paced environments. • Humility and a positive attitude is a must.
