Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 6 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in the payor/health plan space (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial health plans). • Deep understanding of healthcare economics, care gap management, risk adjustment, and other key aspects of the payor ecosystem. • Proven track record of leading the development of B2B healthcare products, preferably focused on payors or health plan solutions. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Experience with data integration, EHR/EMR systems, and payor-provider interoperability. • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology solutions.
