📋 Description

• Homeward is rearchitecting healthcare delivery in partnership with rural communities. • The Senior Communications Associate will enhance the company’s brand and visibility. • This role involves supporting media relations, storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field. • Healthcare communications experience is required (agency or in-house). • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives. • Experience with media monitoring tools and developing media reports. • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, industry trends, and media landscape. • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent organizational skills. • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products; experience with project management tools is a plus.
