📋 Description

• Responsible for managing integrated communications strategies that elevate our reputation as a leader in AI-driven innovation and scientific excellence. • Plan and develop content and materials for Danaher Science and Technology integrated communications initiatives. • Coordinate internal communications for the Corporation focused on high-value scientific projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Work closely with teams across Danaher Corporation and Danaher operating companies to achieve joint goals. • Analyze trends and own reporting of key findings to leadership teams at a regular cadence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or 10+ years of experience in science writing, editorial strategy, or communications roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries. • Expertise and significant experience in translating complex scientific and technical concepts into accessible content for internal and external audiences. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals, including strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to advise and collaborate with senior executives. • Proficiency in digital content production, social media strategy, and analytics.
