📋 Description
• Develop strategic internal communications plans and content for Marketing and Product & Technology divisions. • Partner closely with external communications partners to develop 360 communications campaigns. • Provide data driven counsel to leaders and stakeholders, focusing on Marketing and Product & Technology. • Execute division-specific events (e.g., Divisional All Hands) by partnering with business leaders. • Lead or support large-scale initiatives including strategy and execution of newsletters. • Support planning of quarterly Corporate All Hands meetings and other events. • Protect and promote the Stitch Fix brand while identifying communication gaps and challenges. • Optimize the effectiveness of communications by tracking and advising on communication strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in communications roles, ideally within retail and/or technology. • Experience supporting communication efforts for Marketing and/or Product & Technology roadmaps teams. • Experience supporting a de-centralized workforce. • Passionate about the way communications impacts the employee experience. • Strategic thinker and natural storyteller. • Adaptable and a self starter. • Strong partner who values collaboration. • Curious, love to learn, and have a keen interest in retail, fashion, technology and people.
