• Projektmanagement für neue und bestehende Medienprojekte - agil und präzise • Eigenständige Projektdefinition, sowie erstellen von Anforderungs- und Aufwandsanalyse, Ressourcen- und Kostenkalkulation • Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Themen • Coaching weiterer Teammitglieder, aktives Wissensmanagement und der Aufbau von Netzwerken • Definition und Präsentation der Lösungskonzepte und Technologieauswahl • Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin-, und budgetgerechten Projektabwicklung • Entwicklung von Integrationskonzepten • Mitwirkung bei Angebotserstellungen und –Kalkulationen • Konfliktgespräche mit Kunden & Team • Ständige Prozessoptimierung inkl. Dokumentation aller Prozesse und Strukturen • Direkter Kontakt zu externen Dienstleistern wie Agenturen und Entwicklern • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung neuer strategischer Technologiethemen • Betreuung und Optimierung unseres Web-Shops auf der Basis von der Software: Shopware
🎯 Requirements
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement und Ressourcenplanung • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und professionelle Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umsetzen von komplexen Medienprojekten • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Spaß an der Teamarbeit • Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Hohe Medienkompetenz und Social Media-Affinität • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse • Sicherheit in der Bearbeitung von Photoshop-Dateien • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Pflege von Content im CMS-System Wordpress • Grundverständnis davon, wie Dateien auf einen FTP-Server hochgeladen werden • Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS • Lust auf Wandel • Lust an permanenter Weiterentwicklung (der eigenen Person und des Arbeitsbereiches) • Bereitschaft, wenn es gebraucht wird, auch in anderen Arbeitsbereichen Hand anzulegen • Fähigkeit, dich selbst gut zu führen • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft
