• Monitoring & Controlling: Von der Team-Planung über interne und externe Kick-offs bis zur Vorbereitung der nächsten Projektphase – du sorgst dafür, dass alle Projektschritte und Status Reportings reibungslos ablaufen und der Abschluss ein Erfolg wird, inklusive Budgetverantwortung. • Kaufmännische Abwicklung: Du betreust die Auftragsabwicklung mit unserem CRM, erstellst Folgeangebote und trägst die Verantwortung für die Rechnungsstellung. Dabei beachtest du stets die Vertragsbedingungen und Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen. • Wirtschaftlichkeit fördern: Du bindest unsere Kunden rechtzeitig ein und erkennst Verkaufschancen im laufenden Projekt. • Stakeholder Management: Du pflegst den persönlichen Kontakt, kennst die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und betreibst aktives Stakeholder Management. Dabei koordinierst du weitere Partner und stellst die Vertretung im Projekt sicher. • Vertrieb unterstützen: Du koordinierst dich mit dem Vertrieb, unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des Kunden und erkennst Geschäftschancen, die über das laufende Projekt hinausgehen.
🎯 Requirements
• Akademischer Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)informatik, Softwareprojektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Erfahrung ist uns wichtig: Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre im Projektmanagement gearbeitet • Budget- und Risikokompetenz: Du kannst mit Budgets und Risiken umgehen und weißt, wie man Herausforderungen in Chancen verwandelt • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamgeist: Kommunikation ist deine Superkraft – egal ob mit Kunden, Partnern oder deinem Team • Tool-Know-how: Tools wie Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure DevOps und Conceptboard sind dir nicht fremd (oder du hast Lust, dich einzuarbeiten) • Sprachgewandt: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
