📋 Description

• Seeking a Project Manager for federal team supporting overseas project sites, primarily in Germany • Responsible for installation, maintenance and service of Electronic Security Systems projects to U.S. military and federal government sites • Provide work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain safety standards • Complete timely and accurate project billing

🎯 Requirements

• Project management or service management experience in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service (M&S) Industry • Service management experience with managing, coordinating and supervising the maintenance and service order process from the conceptual development stage through execution, preferably with Electronic Security System (ESS) projects • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred • Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and basic Windows environment • U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as required to perform site duties • Ability to obtain and maintain TESA status in Germany • Ability to live in Germany on a full-time basis
