📋 Description

• Acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and control installation, maintenance and service projects at assigned locations • Ensures that assigned preventive and corrective maintenance are done accurately, on time, billed, within budget, and within the scope of the contract • Provides work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary • Manages the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors • Develops project schedules and executes according to plan • Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract • Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements • Adheres to and ensures project personnel and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards, internal policies, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements regarding health and safety • Understand project and contract scopes; actively pursue growth opportunities that will help the customer achieve desired outcomes • Completes timely and accurate project billing to maintain profitability goals and positive cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• Project management or service management experience in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service (M&S) Industry • Service management experience with managing, coordinating and supervising the maintenance and service order process from the conceptual development stage through execution, preferably with Electronic Security System (ESS) projects • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems • U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as required to perform site duties • Ability to obtain and maintain TESA status in Germany • Ability to live in Germany on a full-time basis
