• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field is required • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required • 5+ years of technical project management with experience managing concurrent projects across functional teams, managing critical path, and coordinating deployments • Proven success delivering projects in an Agile environment • Proven ability to solve problems and drive projects to completion by identifying needs, raising awareness of risk, and influencing without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify the needed level of stakeholder engagement required for communication • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, etc.) • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of project planning tools (i.e., Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.)
