At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. • Little more about the team: • This role is part of the Marketing Ops function sitting within Demand Gen, supporting the entire marketing team. We focus on building impactful campaigns that are led by data-driven strategies. You’ll support this mission through expert management of HubSpot and meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns. • If you’re a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for data, cross-functional projects and process optimization, you’d be a fit for this role.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related role, with a strong focus on Hubspot management • Technical skills: Proficient in Hubspot, with experience in marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integrations. Strong familiarity with Salesforce. Familiarity with other tools like Google Analytics, Excel/GSheets, HTML or other languages is a plus. • Organizational skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Analytical skills: Comfortable working with datasets in Hubspot to build reports and dashboards. Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
