Description

• Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more focus areas • Deeply understand the needs of our customers and business goals • Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team • Deliver multiple simultaneous projects in conjunction with team leadership • Collaborate with engineering & design leaders to create Product team processes • Hire & develop talent within the PM team

Requirements

• Technical degree (engineering, economics, etc) or experience in a technical organization • 7+ years experience in product management, with 1+ years leading a team • High level of empathy & EQ • Experience at a fast-growing small company (<200) • Bonus: Experience rolling out large-scale operational & process changes in conjunction with product releases • Bonus: Experience in a commercial or healthcare environment
