Honor leads the world’s largest home care network. • We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented paralegal with expertise in franchise law.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred. Experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree. • Paralegal certification or equivalent is a plus. • Strong knowledge of franchise laws and regulations, including franchise state relationship laws. • Strong written and oral skills. • Familiarity with legal software, project management, and document management systems. • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and negotiation abilities. • Capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative legal team. • Ability to move in a fast-paced, technology-focused company. • Bonus experience in franchising or a related field. • Excellent team player.
