Requirements

• You thrive in a foundational role supporting diverse, cross-functional teams as your customers, and possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • You have at least 6 years of professional experience within a product-centric company • You’ve been a key contributor to the design and implementation of large, complex projects • You are comfortable working in and refactoring legacy, monolithic code • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing • You’ve built and maintained production-grade features in Python or have transferable experience in common languages like Node.js and are willing to learn Python • You have experience building distributed systems and cloud services like AWS, GCP • You value leading through influence, have empathy for your customers, and take pride in building solutions that drive impact through enthusiastic adoption • You have experience defining, instrumenting and measuring standards for quality, security, scalability, and availability with a focus on delivering business value • You have experience working with an RPC architecture • You work at or have worked at a technology startup and familiar with the challenges of evolving platform maturity • You have first hand experience navigating multiple distributed architecture patterns
