β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales and Service Area Manager with an agriculture / dairy background to join our team! β€’ The Sales and Service Area Manager plays a key role in driving the success of a defined geographical region and is responsible for all Sales & Service activities and staff. β€’ This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and sales team members. β€’ Additionally, this position will oversee the field service department within the region to execute new customer installation and service calls, ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-state environment. β€’ Strong skills in business development, with a focus on achieving measurable results. β€’ Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies and strategic planning. β€’ Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. β€’ Experience in collaboration with sales teams to enhance business opportunities. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
