📋 Description

• Associate Creative Directors (Copy) solve marketing challenges with an emphasis on client relationship building and team management. • A great ACD (Copy) is an experienced and articulate copywriter with a strong understanding of art direction. • You will work with a large tech client driving awareness and usage of new products and services. • This role will require strategic and innovative thinking to bring unique solutions to market for products used by billions of people. • This is a fully remote role, but requires working primarily during PST business hours. • Occasional travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of creative agency or production company experience working toward the creation and development of successful ad campaigns • 5+ years of experience of short form and long form copywriting for large brands across digital mediums • 2+ years of people management and/or project leading with a passion for mentoring and developing people • An extensive portfolio of thoughtful work that successfully addresses complex marketing challenges across a range of tones and industry types • Experience in copywriting for national or global brands is required, ideally with some experience in tech and product features. Agency experience, or equivalent, is also necessary. • Have innovative ideas for budgets both big and small • Ability to conceptualize ideas for various key audiences, especially Gen Z • Deep understanding of products UI and be able to translate that into a compelling storytelling tool • A proactive mindset towards solving the client’s challenges and driving work forward. • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) • Willingness to travel occasionally for video shoots and other events (estimated at less than 10% of the year). Overnight travel may be expected.
