Description

• As Director of Hotels, APAC, you will be overseeing Hopper’s Hotels direct contracting growth in Asia, which means you will be responsible for strategy making, team build-up, marketplace development and revenue goals. • You will utilize both deep industry knowledge and connections in Asia to build the relationships with hotels in the local market, tailor the products to the local users and thus establish a strong footprint of Hopper directly contracted hotels. • The role requires outstanding sales, management, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 10+ years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry, with 3+ years established leadership experience • Strong knowledge and experience in the Asia hospitality industry • Ability to craft and deliver compelling and data driven presentations • Capacity to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment with minimal guidance • Comfortable working with a globally distributed team and flexible to frequently travel • Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to distinguish urgent from important work • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse, field-based team • An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving • No ego. • Strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and the company
