Description

β€’ As a Sr. Business Development Manager- Flights, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving growth for a portfolio of our strategic airline partners. β€’ The Sr. Business Development Manager- Flights will represent the company in day-to-day airline partner interactions and will be responsible for growing sales and building long-term relationships to meet enterprise goals. β€’ The individual must have account management experience as well as a sales orientation and skill set. β€’ At Hopper you can have an immediate impact in a high-growth environment. Airline sales and distribution is a distinct field, so prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, airline, etc.) is preferred. β€’ The strongest candidates will be able to intuitively communicate Hopper’s unique value proposition and frame our benefits to airlines.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 6 years sales/account management experience with successful background of driving revenue growth for key accounts β€’ Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) preferred β€’ Positive attitude; creative and self-motivated and always striving to do your best β€’ Ability to craft and deliver compelling and data driven presentations β€’ Team mentality, desire to help the team win β€’ Excellent prioritization and time management skills with ability to distinguish urgent from important work β€’ An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving β€’ Passion for travel and technology β€’ Strong value selling skills β€’ Executive-level business acumen β€’ Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
