β’ As a Sr. Business Development Manager- Flights, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving growth for a portfolio of our strategic airline partners. β’ The Sr. Business Development Manager- Flights will represent the company in day-to-day airline partner interactions and will be responsible for growing sales and building long-term relationships to meet enterprise goals. β’ The individual must have account management experience as well as a sales orientation and skill set. β’ At Hopper you can have an immediate impact in a high-growth environment. Airline sales and distribution is a distinct field, so prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, airline, etc.) is preferred. β’ The strongest candidates will be able to intuitively communicate Hopperβs unique value proposition and frame our benefits to airlines.
β’ Minimum 6 years sales/account management experience with successful background of driving revenue growth for key accounts β’ Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) preferred β’ Positive attitude; creative and self-motivated and always striving to do your best β’ Ability to craft and deliver compelling and data driven presentations β’ Team mentality, desire to help the team win β’ Excellent prioritization and time management skills with ability to distinguish urgent from important work β’ An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving β’ Passion for travel and technology β’ Strong value selling skills β’ Executive-level business acumen β’ Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
