Description

• Leverage organizational data to improve user experiences and business functions. • Specify, test, validate, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models. • Communicate results and model specifications to stakeholders. • Mentor and train aspiring data science professionals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production quality predictive and/or prescriptive models. • Strong data acquisition skills using SQL in modern technical stacks (PostGres, AWS, Snowflake). • 6+ years of post-graduate experience with Python (numpy, pandas, scikit, PySpark) or R (Tidyverse/Tidymodels). • 2+ years experience deploying models through APIs or batch processes. • 3+ years experience in at least two of the following DS methods: Supervised/Unsupervised ML, Econometric modeling, Reinforcement learning, Operations research. • Experience with reproducible data science environments, virtual environments, and version control using Git/Github. • Experience writing results using literate programming workflows (Quarto preferred).
